Leah Zeldes submitted a 1978 cite from "The Neo-Fan's Guide to Science Fiction Fandom"; Jesse Sheidlower confirmed that it was in the 1973 third edition, but not the 1955 first edition.

Fred Galvin submitted a 1961 cite from Walter Breen's fanzine "Fanac".
